Take note of this is not a course on contemplation (we do prescribe you begin a practice), but instead a progression of straightforward activities that will expand your level of care.

Week 1 – Quietening the commotion and negative confining – is about diminishing the intemperate jolt to empower you to feel less overpowered and more quiet.

Week 2 – Becoming more present – the activities will empower you to prepare yourself to be more present at the time.

Week 3 – Linking the cognizant to the sub-cognizant – permits you to be more engaged and effective as you bridle the association.

These activities are anything but difficult to rehash and we prescribe either taking the entire course again every now and then, or maybe “plunging” into your top choices.
